Scope and operator

These draft terms concern Kedimo for iPhone and iPad and this website. The legal operator, contact address and effective date are pending. They must be completed before these terms are used as a published agreement.

Kedimo is a single-player block puzzle with local progress and no required player account. The App Store listing describes device compatibility and availability.

Who may use Kedimo

Use Kedimo in accordance with the laws that apply to you and the App Store’s rules. Where a minor cannot enter an agreement or authorize a purchase independently, a parent or guardian must handle the required permission.

The final age and territory requirements are subject to the release review. No additional age-verification feature is implied by this draft.

Personal use and ownership

You may play Kedimo for personal entertainment on compatible devices under the applicable App Store license. The game’s code, original artwork, audio and branding remain with their respective rights holders. Downloading the app does not transfer ownership of these materials.

Do not redistribute the app, resell its assets, bypass purchase verification or compromise its services. These restrictions do not remove rights granted by applicable law or third-party/open-source licenses. Sharing a result through the game’s built-in sharing feature is permitted.

Gameplay, progress and connectivity

Core gameplay works offline. Ads, purchase verification/restoration, downloading updates and some configuration checks need an internet connection; your network provider may charge for data.

Progress is stored locally. Removing the app or losing a device can lose progress. Purchase restoration and game-save restoration are different. Cat colors and scores are game features with no cash redemption or player trading. Spending does not change puzzle rules or piece selection.

Remove Ads purchase

The current paid feature is a one-time Remove Ads purchase, not a recurring subscription. The price and currency shown by Apple at confirmation apply. The purchase removes in-game ads while the entitlement is valid; it does not disable analytics or diagnostics.

Apple handles payment and RevenueCat verifies the entitlement. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase if ad-free access needs to be recovered. A connection may be required. A refunded or revoked transaction can cease to grant the paid feature.

Refunds and consumer rights

For an Apple-billed purchase, use Apple’s refund request process. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not declare every purchase non-refundable.

Your mandatory rights concerning digital content, faulty services, remedies and any applicable withdrawal right remain intact. A purchase or download does not waive rights that require separate consent or cannot be waived.

Privacy and outside services

The privacy policy explains local storage, advertising, purchases, analytics, diagnostics, reminders and hosting. Advertising consent and notification permission are separate choices; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to data processing.

Ads and external links may lead to third-party services whose own terms and privacy notices apply. Kedimo does not control an advertiser’s offer.

Updates and availability

Features and compatibility may change with updates, including fixes needed for security or operation. Continuous availability, support for every future device and preservation after device loss cannot be guaranteed.

Any material change to an existing paid benefit must respect the purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights. These draft terms do not grant an unrestricted right to withdraw a paid feature without a remedy.

Misuse, ending use and responsibility

Do not attack the website or connected services, distribute malicious code, falsify purchases or generate fraudulent ad traffic. Measures against misuse should be proportionate and subject to applicable law.

You may stop playing and uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not itself request a refund or erase provider-held records. No term excludes liability or a consumer remedy that the law does not allow to be excluded. Further liability and dispute provisions require review once the operator and markets are confirmed.

Support contact details and the applicable legal framework are still pending. This draft does not impose foreign arbitration, a class-action waiver or an invented governing jurisdiction.

Finalized terms will include an effective date and a way to communicate material revisions. They must preserve the rights that apply where you live. The five language versions are intended to express the same commitments.
